Considerations and Important Information to Know About Presenting

• You must be a CLA member or have a CLA Section/Committee sponsor to propose a session. 

• If you need help to find a sponsoring section/committee please contact Program Co-Chairs, Sarah McCusker and Tom Nolan at conference@ctlibraryassociation.org.

• CT Librarians are eligible for a speaker discount and may ask for mileage reimbursement for consideration only; they may not request an honorarium, hotel room, or other.

• One proposal per form. 

• Proposal submissions accepted September 22-November 17, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. 

• All submissions will receive a response no later than January 1, 2027.

• If you are a vendor who would like to propose a session, but are not a CLA member, please contact the Exhibits Chairs, Shannon Angelone and Molly Virello at claconexhibits@gmail.com
