CLA 2024 Annual Conference
Proposal Submission Window Now Open
We've Got Your Back!
Please use this form to submit a program proposal* for CLA's 2024 Annual Conference. The Conference will be held Monday and Tuesday, April 29 & 30, 2024 at the Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa in Groton, Connecticut.
The 2024 Conference theme is "We've Got Your Back."
We are striving to make the 2024 Conference an energizing, productive, and memorable experience featuring practical and usable takeaways, interactive and engaging programs/workshops, and dynamic speakers in a relaxed atmosphere of collegial social interaction. This year we are planning to use the session rooms in a different way to accommodate all types of sessions and expand upon what our colleagues are able to share with one another: power point/classroom style, roundtables, interactive/movement necessary, meetups/networking, poster/quick talks, and panel sessions will be considered.
You must be a CLA member or have a CLA Section/Committee sponsor to propose a session. If you need help to find a sponsoring section/committee please contact Program Co-Chairs, Andy Forsyth and Allison Murphy at conference@ctlibraryassociation.org.
If you are a vendor who would like to propose a session, but are not a CLA member, please contact the Exhibits Chairs, Samantha Connell, Sam Lee and Alex Klaus at claconexhibits@gmail.com.
EXTENDED DEADLINE! Program submissions will be accepted through December 8, 2023. Selected proposals will be contacted in December 2023. All forms regarding session speakers can be found HERE.
*Please remember that if you are submitting multiple proposals they must be submitted on separate forms.
