Session proposals are no longer being accepted. Lead planners will hear from us in December if they have been accepted or not. This will include next steps.

Please take time to look at the below information that will be needed if your session is accepted. The lead planner for your session will be sent your contract from claconevents@gmail.com by February 1. Contracts must be completed and returned by March 15th along with any necessary documents requested.
