Speaker Information

Session proposals will be accepted beginning September 25 and through November 17, 2025 using our Proposal Submission Form.

If you submitted a proposal you will hear from us by December 1 whether you have been accepted or not to present. 

Please take time to look at the below information that will be needed if your session is accepted. The lead planner for your session will be sent your contract from claconevents@gmail.com by February 1. Contracts must be completed and returned by March 15th along with any necessary documents requested.
