Session proposals will begin being accepted through our Session Proposal Form on September 22, 2026.

Please take time to look at the below information that will be needed if your session is accepted. The lead planner for your session will be sent your contract from claconevents@gmail.com by February 1. Contracts must be completed and returned by March 15th along with any necessary documents requested.
