1. How do I become a CLA member? Join by going to our website ctlibraryassociation.org or CLICK HERE.

2. Who do I contact if I have a general question about the CLA Conference? Please contact our Event Coordinator, Alessandra Casiello at claconevents@gmail.com.

3. I am a vendor/exhibitor and need assistance, who do I contact? Please contact Shannon Angelone and Olivia Blake, our Exhibits Co-Chairs at claconexhibits@gmail.com.

4.  I haven't purchased a ticket, can I still do so? Walk-in Registrations will not be available this year due to being at capacity limits.

5. I cannot come for the entire day, but would like to visit the exhibit hall, is this possible? Yes. We offer an Exhibit-Only Ticket that you can purchase as a Walk-In at check-in/registration. The cost of this ticket is $25 (only available Tuesday and allows you access to the Exhibit Hall only,  during ONE HOUR of our open exhibit times except: Morning Break, Lunch and Afternoon Break. 6. What is included in a registration ticket? Your full-day registration ticket (both if you registered as an attendee or a speaker) includes access to all sessions for that day, our exhibit hall, a buffet breakfast, a morning snack break, a buffet lunch, an afternoon snack break and all day coffee/tea/water/soft drinks. At this year's venue, parking is included as well.

7.  I'm a new mother, is there an area I can go to pump? Yes, we have a designated area for this near the Welcome/Registration Check-in. If you need assistance to access this space, please go to the check-in/registration desk and a CLA Conference Staff Member will assist you.

8. Is there a restaurant on site? Yes! The Mystic Marriott Hotel and Spa has it's own restaurant: Octagon. It also has a Starbucks and a small grocery (near the hotel check-in).

9. Do you have a date for your 2027 CLA Conference? YES! We will be holding the 2027 CLA Conference at the Mystic Marriott Hotel and Spa April 25-27th. Save the date!

10.  I have an idea for a session? When will you accept proposals again for the next conference? We will begin accepting proposals for the 2027 conference in October 2026. You can find this information and updates right here on our CLA Conference website or go to our CLA Homepage.
