I haven't purchased a ticket, can I still do so? We will accept walk-ins for registration. Please note: Walk-In registration requires payment in full at time of service by credit card or cash only. Walk-In registration prices are our standard prices for member and non-members. Institutional Membership coupons are not available to be used for walk-in registrations. Standard Member 1-day rate is $199.00. Standard Nonmember 1-day rate is $245.00. 2-day registration rates, as well as our discounted student/unemployed/retired rates are unavailable for Walk-In Registrations.
I cannot come for he entire day, but would like to visit the exhibit hall, is this possible? Yes. We offer an Exhibit-Only Ticket that you can purchase as a Walk-In at check-in/registration. The cost of this ticket is $25 for one day and allows you access to the Exhibit Hall only, during all open exhibit times except: Morning Breaks, Lunch and Afternoon Breaks. What is included in a registration ticket? Your full-day registration ticket (boh if ou registered as an attendee or a speaker) includes access to all sessions for that day, our exhibit hall, a buffet breakfast, a morning snack break, a buffet lunch, an afternoon snack break and all day coffee/tea/water. At this year's venue, parking is included as well.
I'm a new mother, is there an area I can go to pump? Yes, we have a designated area in the Cerulean Spa for this. If you need assistance to access this space, please go to the check-in/registration desk and a CLA Conference Staff Member will help you.
Is there a restaurant on site? Yes! The Mystic Marriott Hotel and Spa has it's own restaurant: Octagon. It also has a Starbucks and a small grocery (near the hotel check-in).
Do you have a date for your 2024 CLA Conference? YES! We will be holding the 2024 CLA Conference April 28-30, 2024 at the Mystic Marriott Hotel and Spa. Save the date!
I have an idea for a session? When will you accept proposals again for the next conference? We will begin accepting proposals for the 2024 conference in October 2023. You can find this information and updates right here on our CLA Conference website or go to our CLA Homepage.
